My love for coffee traces back to my childhood, thanks to my mom who has always been a passionate coffee enthusiast. Even in the days when espresso was a rare find in Soviet Kazakhstan, our home was adorned with the comforting presence of a turka or a moka.

The coffee tradition passed down from my mom has evolved over the years. In 2018, I took a barista course, deepening my understanding and appreciation for the rich tapestry of coffee culture.

For me, making and drinking coffee is more than a daily routine; it's a ritual, a sensory experience—a way to disconnect from the hustle and savor the present moment.

Feel free to talk to me about your favorite coffee spot, or better yet, stop by at my place for an espresso shot :)
